The Conducting a Training Needs Analysis short course is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge to effectively identify training gaps within an organisation.

This course also provides a step-by-step approach to conducting a thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA), enabling participants to design targeted training solutions that enhance employee  performance and support business objectives.
