Finance for Non-Finance Management
Scope of Training
The aim of this training is to provide non financial professionals such as supervisors and managers with some tools, knowledge and skills to help them gain the confidence in reading, interpreting and using financial information.
Course will cover technical terms related to finance and accounting, financial statements and accounting ratios.
Trainees will further learn about cash management and credit control techniques.
