Erasmus+

Erasmus+ Charter Policy Statement

IDEA College plans to actively engage in Erasmus+ activities, particularly focusing on Key Action 1 (KA1) for mobility and Key Action 2 (KA2) for cooperation projects, as our strategy embraces internationalisation, quality and innovation. Hence we seek to foster a collaborative environment that promotes learning mobility, international cooperation, and the development of innovative education strategies.

IDEA College shall prioritise participation in mobility projects that allow students to engage in exchange programs with partner universities across Europe. These experiences will enhance students’ intercultural competencies and global perspectives. Additionally, offering traineeships abroad will give students practical work experience in diverse, international contexts.

As an institution, IDEA College, is committed to facilitating staff exchanges for both teaching and training purposes. Staff members will benefit from exposure to different academic environments, enhancing their pedagogical approaches, and their administrative and leadership skills. This will also foster a crosspollination of ideas and innovation in teaching and research. We deem this to be important as we embrace the philosophy of professional growth and together we strive towards quality provision and excellence.

As part of our 3-year strategy IDEA College intends to continue expanding its network of partner universities and organizations through Erasmus+ Key Action 2, focusing on Partnerships for Cooperation and Innovation. We plan to develop joint projects that address common challenges in education, leveraging innovation to improve student outcomes and curriculum quality.

Since we are an industry-driven higher education institution contributing to the economy of our country, we also aim to form strategic partnerships with companies, research centres, and higher education institutions to enhance innovation within our academic programs. This will include collaboration on research projects, sharing best practices, and developing industry-relevant skills.
