Scope of Training
This programme provides participants with effective change management tools; participants will be able to recognise and furthermore, own, the process of change within their own environment and within their cultural contextual framework.
Furthermore, they will learn how to respond to change by changing their own attitude to risk as well as to adopt strategies to implement and manage change effectively.
