🎓 “If I hadn’t done it, I never would have”

Meet Erica, a Compliance Manager working within a local CSP and currently pursuing her Master’s in AML Compliance with IDEA College.

Her journey into the world of compliance began during her Bachelor’s degree, when she started working part-time as a Compliance Admin. From that very first role, she knew she wanted to focus her studies on anti-money laundering and compliance.

💬 “From when I graduated till now, there wasn’t really a course in the field in Malta… that’s why I enrolled with IDEA College. As far as I know, it was the first to offer such a course — especially part-time, which allowed me to keep working full-time and living my life as it was.”
