IDEA College is recruiting freelance lecturers to deliver modules on various Study Programmes accredited by MFHEA at MQF Level 4-7.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should be in possession of an MQF Level 7 or preferably an MQF Level 8 qualification* in a discipline related to the Study Programme/Module to be delivered.

Work experience as well as lecturing experience and strong presentation skills are highly desirable.

Candidates with a level 6 qualification and over seven years of experience would also be taken into consideration for some specific areas.

Lecturers will be required to deliver lectures on-site. Lectures take place mornings, afternoons and/or evenings.
