Scope of Training

The Introduction to Train-the-Trainer short course is designed to prepare individuals to become effective trainers within their organisations.

Participants will learn foundational skills in adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation techniques.

This course provides the essential tools needed to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, whether in-person or online.
