This training focuses on aligning reward programmes with talent and business strategies as well as how to enhance controls for human capital processes and mitigating risk around HR.
Participants will also learn how to improve HR operations through workforce analytics and to enhance transaction value through human capital programmes.
Global Mobility and diverse workforce will be covered as well.
