Module Description

In today’s supply chain project world, successful businesses are required to be run more on a project basis. It is therefore important that students need to know more about project management skills.

The aim of this course is to show students how to ensure that projects are aligned with the strategic direction of their organisation and to establish the proper project organisation structure, thus enabling them to lead a project team, control and co-ordinate activities to finish the projects in time, with the right budget and to the specified quality.

Entry Requirements

Candidates who apply for this course must possess the following:

• a qualification at MQF Level 4 (one ‘A’ Level or equivalent in any subject),

AND

• a pass in English and Mathematics at MQF Level 3 (‘O’ Level or equivalent) .

Preference is given to applicants having a year of work experience related to the field of study.

*Equivalent qualifications abroad will also be considered for admission.

How you’ll be assessed

The course comprises:  

• 6 lectures per module; 
• 3-hour lectures (evening); 
• 12 hours of online content per module, comprising synchronous online discussions, tutorials and/or videos.
