The primary objective of this training programme is to enable participants to develop the necessary knowledge, skills and confidence to undertake training activities. The programme encompasses the development of competencies that will enable participants to identify and assess training needs, and to develop, plan, organise, deliver and evaluate relevant training activities.Organisations begin to emerge as a distant area of research and academic specialisation in the late 1950’s and early 1960’s. Since then, somewhat unified body of knowledge and thinking has developed that falls under the general label of human resource management. Human beings have been concerned with effective ways to organise people and manage them since the dawn of civilisation. Participants will take a closer look at trends and what they should start planning for, so that they are on track to meet the significant goals that are being set for the organisations. Given that situation, HR has to accelerate its pace of involvement with business even more. Its contribution to business will need to become more impactful than ever before.
